YOUNGSTOWN -- A Boardman man has become the 14th winner of a top Ohio Lottery Buckeye 5 prize so far this year. Mark A. Altomare won a $100,000 prize for matching all five numbers in Thursday's drawing. After required state and federal tax withholdings, he'll get $71,500. Using the auto pick feature, he selected the winning numbers 16-26-28-30-31 at Speedway, 649 E. Midlothian Blvd.
