COLUMBUS -- Anders Eriksson's long slap shot deflected off a Minnesota player and beat goalie Dwayne Roloson 2:59 into overtime to give Columbus the victory. It was only the second goal of the season for Eriksson, a defenseman in his first season with the Blue Jackets after stints with Detroit, Chicago, Florida and Toronto. Following an NHL-record 15 consecutive overtime ties to start the season, the Wild lost their second overtime game in 48 hours. They fell 3-2 to Montreal on Thursday night on Richard Zednik's goal with 28 seconds left in overtime.

MONTREAL -- Andrew Raycroft made 34 saves for his third shutout of the season, and Glen Murray scored on a power play early in the second period for Boston.
Canadiens goalie Jose Theodore lost his fourth straight start.

WASHINGTON -- Markus Naslund scored his 29th goal and added an assist, and the Vancouver Canucks had four power-play goals.
Brad May, Wade Brookbank, Trevor Linden, Jarkko Ruutu and Sammy Salo also scored to help the Canucks to their fifth straight victory, matching a season high.

ST. LOUIS -- Brian Gionta scored two goals, and Martin Brodeur made 30 saves. Sergei Brylin and Patrik Elias added goals for the defending champion Devils, 6-2-1 in their last nine games.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Marek Zidlicky scored with 16 seconds left in overtime for the Predators.
Nashville's Scott Walker tied it at 7:22 of the third period, and David Legwand also scored for the Predators. Patrick Marleau and Wayne Primeau scored for San Jose.
