Grand jury does not indict man who had been charged in slaying
The two stabbing victims were brothers.
WARREN -- A Trumbull County grand jury decided not to indict a man accused of murder in the December stabbing death of an Orange Court man.
Calvin Clark, 20, of Fifth Street N.E., had been charged with murder and felonious assault in the fatal stabbing of Marciel Daniels, 20, and the stabbing of Melzia Daniels, 22, both of Orange Court, in the 1100 block of Palmyra Road S.W. The two victims were brothers.

UDerrick Smith, 23, Central Parkway, Warren, receiving stolen property.
UVincent Maggio, 48, Hollywood Street, Warren, misdemeanor count of aggravated menacing, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
UGina Marie Frazzini, 21, Donald Avenue, Youngstown, theft, misuse of a credit card.
UCassandra J. Lorius, 19, Brookfield Avenue, Masury, burglary, disrupting public service.
URichard A. Bradley, 46, South Street Southeast, Warren, kidnapping with firearm specification and specification of repeat offender, illegal possession of a weapon with a firearm specification.
URichard L. Fish Jr., 25, Hilton Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs.
ULouise L. Asbury, 27, Oak Knoll Avenue, Warren, carrying concealed weapon.
UNicole Danielak, 28, Fairbanks Place, Akron, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a detention facility, possession of cocaine.
UPaul R. King, 50, Kenilworth Southeast, Warren, robbery.
UChristopher J. Gust, 23, Parkman Road, Warren, failure to comply with an order of signal of a police officer.
