Doug Datish, OL, Howland: Saw limited time on offense for the Buckeyes in 2003. Redshirted in 2002.

Marty Hutchinson, LB, Newton Falls: Recorded 11 tackles and two interceptions in 2003. Redshirted in 2002.

Marlin Jackson, DB, Sharon: Switched to safety in 2003, recording 50 tackles and two interceptions in 2003. Will bypass NFL draft to return for senior season. Second team AP All-America and first team All-Big Ten in 2002, Named to Sporting News' Freshmen All-America first team in 2001, recording 47 tackles and three interceptions.
PENN STATE
Terrance Phillips, WR, Sharon: Caught eight passes for 136 yards and a touchdown in 2003. Saw limited action in 2002 after redshirting in 2001.
Isaac Smolko, TE, Springfield: Caught one pass for three yards and a touchdown and recorded two tackles in 2003. Saw limited action in 2002 after redshirting in 2001.
WASHINGTON STATE
Josh Swogger, QB, Ursuline: Completed 41 of 81 passes for 548 yards and a touchdown in 2003. Will be redshirt sophomore in 2004 after redshirting in 2002 and grayshirting in 2001.

Kevin Harris, DT, Sharon: Saw limited action in 2002 and did not play in 2001.
MISSOURI
Brad Smith, QB, Chaney: Should be Heisman Trophy candidate in 2004 after setting school career yardage record in just second season. Threw for 1,822 yards and ran for 1,310 in 2003. Became second player in Div. I-A history to throw for 2,000 yards and rush for 1,000 yards as a true freshman in 2002.
DUKE
Jamin Pastore, CB, Beaver Local: Switched to reserve cornerback in 2003. Did not play in 2002. Suffered season-ending injury after playing in season opener against Florida State in 2001.
Micah Harris, LB, Poland: Recorded 32 tackles in 10 games in 2003. Started every game in 2002, recording 61 tackles. Played in every game in 2001, recording 31 tackles. Earned freshman All-ACC honors.
MIAMI, OHIO
Ryan Meyer, OL, Hubbard: Did not play in 2002 after being redshirted in 2001.
Marcus Johnson, DE, Ursuline: Had nine tackles and a sack in 2003. Recorded three tackles in limited action in 2002 after redshirting 2001 season.
LOUISIANA TECH
Matt Kubik, QB, Mooney: Did not attempt pass in 2003. Played one game (did not attempt a pass) in 2002. Redshirted in 2001.
SOUTHERN ILLINOIS
Justin George, CB, Kennedy Catholic: Saw limited action in 2003, mainly on kick and punt returns. Moved to defensive back in 2002, recording 38 tackles and leading team in punt return average. Named to Gateway all-newcomer team as freshman in 2001 after leading team in receptions (38) and receiving yards (328).
BUCKNELL
Ian Nutt, WR, Howland: Moved to wide receiver in 2003, catching two passes. Saw action in all 12 games. Caught eight passes in 2002 after moving to tight end. Did not play in 2001. Recruited as a quarterback.
VILLANOVA
Brian Hulea, LB, Canfield: Led team with 141 tackles in 2003, earning first team All-Atlantic 10 honors. Recorded 70 tackles in 2002 before missing final four games with mono. Redshirted in 2001.
