TRUMBULL COUNTY Training by inmates goes to the dogs

Paul Buehler, an inmate at the Trumbull Correctional Institution, holds Sophie, a dog he'd helped to train over the past 10 weeks as part of the Caring Companions Program. The Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County provides the dogs, which are adopted after completing the program. Seven dogs graduated Wednesday.
