AUSTIN, Texas -- Tiffany Jackson scored 13 points to lead Texas to its 41st consecutive victory at home. Jamie Carey added 12 points, five assists and four steals for Texas (7-2). Adah Wells led Sam Houston State (2-7) with eight points. The Longhorns scored 35 points off turnovers.
No. 7 North Carolina 91, Lipscomb 45
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Freshman Erlana Larkins matched her career high with 22 points and had 10 rebounds for North Carolina. It was the first double-double for Larkins, who also had six steals for the Tar Heels (10-1). LaToya Pringle added 14 points and Nikita Bell had 13 with six steals. Courtney Boynton had 11 points for Lipscomb (5-3).
No. 13 Texas Tech 83,Sacramento St. 37
LUBBOCK, Texas -- Cisti Greenwalt scored 19 points, and Texas Tech limited Sacramento State to just 17 points in the second half -- including three baskets in the final 7:41. Chesley Dabbs added 15 points for the Lady Raiders (8-2). Tyeisha Brown led Sacramento State (3-6) with eight points.
No. 18 Iowa 59, Wis.-Milwaukee 51
MILWAUKEE -- Johanna Solverson had 23 points, and Iowa wiped out a five-point halftime deficit to remain unbeaten. Jamie Cavey added 18 points for the Hawkeyes (11-0), who shot only 28.1 percent in the first half. But Iowa made 53.3 thereafter. Aubrey Hampton scored 11 points to lead the Panthers (3-6).
No. 20 Purdue 57, South Dakota St. 50
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Katie Gearlds scored 24 points and Erin Lawless added 17 and nine rebounds for Purdue. Gearlds scored eight of the final 11 points for the Boilermakers (7-3) to help them avoid a stunning upset by South Dakota State (9-4). The Jackrabbits, led by Sarita DeBoer with 13 points, pulled within two in the second half.
No. 22 Kansas St. 75, Villanova 63
PHILADELPHIA -- Kendra Wecker returned after missing three games with a sprained ankle and scored 25 points. Wecker also had 12 rebounds and five assists for Kansas State (7-2). Laurie Koehn added 16 points for the Wildcats. Liad Suez led Villanova (6-4) with 24 points.
