NBA ROUNDUP Tuesday's other games
Bucks 115, Rockets 87
MILWAUKEE -- Michael Redd scored 28 points and Desmond Mason added 24 for Milwaukee. Marcus Fizer added 15 points and seven rebounds for the Bucks. The point total was the most for the Bucks, who had 110 in a double-overtime loss to Miami on Nov. 14. Tracy McGrady led Houston with 20 points, and Bob Sura added 19. Milwaukee limited Yao Ming to 10 points.
Mavericks 113, Celtics 94
DALLAS -- Dirk Nowitzki had 29 points and 11 rebounds, and Michael Finley added 21 points as Dallas built a 28-point first-half lead. Erick Dampier matched his season-high with 16 points and Jason Terry had a season-high 14 assists for Dallas. Paul Pierce and Jiri Welsch had 17 points each to pace the Celtics, who've lost eight of their last nine meetings with the Mavericks.
Spurs 115, Suns 94
SAN ANTONIO -- Tony Parker scored 29 points in just 30 minutes, and San Antonio shot 52 percent in ending Phoenix's 11-game winning streak. Tim Duncan had 16 points and 12 rebounds and matched his season high with six assists. Malik Rose had 16 points and Manu Ginobili 13 for the Spurs, who limited Phoenix to a season-low 39.7 percent shooting. Amare Stoudemire scored 37 points for the Suns, while Steve Nash had 12 points -- all in the first period.
Nets 84, Bulls 80
CHICAGO -- Vince Carter had 25 points and six rebounds to lead New Jersey over Chicago. Carter finished 9-of-23 in his second game for New Jersey, one night after limping off the court in an overtime loss at Detroit. Richard Jefferson and Nenad Krstic each scored 17 points for New Jersey. Kirk Hinrich led Chicago with 30 points and Ben Gordon added 19. The Nets' offense was out of sync until the final two minutes. Jason Kidd was almost held scoreless for the first time since Nov. 17, 2001, and Carter started limping early in the first quarter and didn't score during the first two minutes of the fourth. But the Nets finally got their act together late in the final minutes. After Hinrich hit a jumper to give Chicago a 76-71 lead with 2:11 to go, New Jersey responded with a 10-0 run.
