SEMINOLE, FLA. & amp;#150; Ann M. Larocco Amon, 82, formerly of Youngstown died Sunday at Sun Coast Hospital in Largo, Fla. She came to the area in 1962 by way of Youngstown & lt;BR & gt;
She retired as a sales clerk from Mass Brothers in Tyrone Mall. She attended Saint Jude Cathedral in Saint Petersburg, Fla. She was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. & lt;BR & gt;
She is survived by two sons, Paul S. Amon Jr. of Atlanta and Robert M. Amon of Largo; a daughter, Kathleen McCabe of Largo; and five grandchildren. & lt;BR & gt;
Visitation will be Wednesday. & lt;BR & gt;
A funeral Mass will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Jude Cathedral in Saint Petersburg. & lt;BR & gt;

A member of the Merchant Marines, Jim served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps before working for the P and LE Railroad. & lt;BR & gt;
Jim retired from the Operating Engineers Local No. 66 in 1990 where he was the owner/operator of James Best Excavating and was a member of the Ohio Valley Draft Horse Association. He was also a member of the Mahoning Valley Pony Breeders Association for over 50 years as well as operating the pony rides at the Canfield Fair for over 50 years. & lt;BR & gt;
Jim was a long time exhibitor at the Canfield Fair starting with the 4-H club at the age of 12. Jim and his draft horses participated in numerous local parades and events in the area. & lt;BR & gt;
Besides his first wife, Alberta Barrett, Jim leaves his second wife, the former Penny Miller; and seven children, James O. Best Jr. of Farmdale, Thomas G. Best Sr. of Leetonia, Daniel J. Best of Beloit, David W. Best and Joseph H. Best both of New Springfield, Joe Best of Lisbon and Jeff Best at home; and two stepchildren, Mark Grapentine of New Jersey and Eileen Wolf of West Virginia; three brothers, Charles and Richard Best of Boardman, and Robert Best of Fredericksburg, Md.; three sisters, Vera M. Ritchey of Stone Mountain, Ga., Margaret L. Danch of Newton Falls and Alice J. Pitzo of Leetonia; twenty-four grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren. & lt;BR & gt;
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Doreen Leach; a son, Jerry A. Best; and two brothers, William and Russell Best. & lt;BR & gt;

She attended Penn State University, where she earned a degree in accounting. She had been employed as a bookkeeper at H & amp;amp; R Block in Columbiana for the past six years. & lt;BR & gt;
She is survived by her husband, Jay Alan Coulter, whom she married July 17, 1993; her parents, Leroy and Karen Flenner of East Palestine; a brother, David Ryan (Jeannie) Flenner of Beaver; and a niece, Markelle Flenner. & lt;BR & gt;
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Flenner; and a son, Darian Scott Coulter on May 2, 2001. & lt;BR & gt;

He was born July 22, 1921 in Grassy Meadows, W.Va., the son of the late Roy Elson and Sarah Jane Evans Keeney. & lt;BR & gt;
Mr. Keeney was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during WWII, and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a member of Carpenters Union Local No. 171 of Youngstown. He was a former member of the Lake Milton Baptist Temple in Lake Milton, where he served as treasurer, deacon and Sunday school teacher. & lt;BR & gt;
After living in Ohio for more than 36 years, they moved back to Greenbrier County, W.Va. He was a member of the Sewell Valley Baptist Church in Rainelle. He loved board games, especially enjoyed playing dominoes, and was & amp;#147;king & amp;#148; at Rook and checkers. & lt;BR & gt;
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his only brother, Zenas H. Keeney. & lt;BR & gt;

Bernie began his career with NASA and spent the next 39 years with Goodyear Aerospace/Lockheed Martin, where he oversaw electrical engineering and design for the F-15 fighter aircraft flight simulation program. He also was a member of the North Canton Elks No. 2029 and the North Canton Eagles Aerie No. 2223. & lt;BR & gt;

She came to Warren in 2002 from Youngstown, where she had attended St. Matthias School and had sung in the first choir when Mrs. Helen Olenik was the organist. As a young girl, she was a member and held the office of secretary in the Sodality. She had been a member of the St. Matthias Infant of Prague Guild since its inception during the 1950s and held the office of baby recorder for many years. As a member of the guild, she became involved with the designing and creating of the outfits for the Infant Jesus of Prague Statue for the entire church liturgical seasons. Being very devoted to this project and not having any transportation for more than 40 years, she walked the distance from her home on Inverness Avenue to the church in all types of weather to robe the statue. & lt;BR & gt;
On the 40th anniversary of the St. Matthias Infant Jesus of Prague Guild, she was honored for her 40 years of service to the parish. She had also crocheted lace for the altar linens at the church for many years and had enjoyed baking and cooking. & lt;BR & gt;
She is survived by her nephews, Fr. Carl G. Kish, pastor of St. Robert & amp;#146;s Catholic Church in Cortland, and Michael (Rexi) Chamer of Howland; his nieces, Gertrude (William) McGarry of Youngstown, Mary Frances (Joseph) Hudak of Girard and Mary Helen (Domingo) Villareal of Warren; and several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. & lt;BR & gt;

He was a member of the operative plasters and cement masons union and was a cement finisher for varies area contractors for 43 years before retiring. & lt;BR & gt;
Len was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Pacific Theater during WW II as a member of the 543rd Field Artillery Battalion. He was a member of St. Charles Church and enjoyed walking three miles every day at the Millcreek Park East golf walk and bike trail. & lt;BR & gt;
His wife, the former Mary Yonnotti, whom he married March 10, 1940, preceded him in death Nov. 27, 1998. & lt;BR & gt;
He is survived by a son, Anthony (Gloria) Monaco of Canfield; two sisters, Argentina and Olga Monaco, both of Youngstown; four grandchildren, Gina (Kraig) Kesner, Michelle (Tim) Haniford, Anthony (Shannon) Monaco II and Nicholas Monaco; and nine grandchildren, Morgan, Kennedy, Kassidy, Dominic, Vincent, Karter, Joseph, Anthony III, and Karson. & lt;BR & gt;
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lena Monaco; and a brother, Oliver Monaco. & lt;BR & gt;

Her husband, John, whom she married May 14, 1949 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Johnstown, died Nov. 15, 1990. & lt;BR & gt;
Mrs. Neupauer was the housekeeper for the Holy Family Catholic Church in Poland for more than 20 years, where she was a member. & lt;BR & gt;
