Springfield Local -- is hosting its 4th annual basketball tournament for boys and girls in the 5th and 6th grade. Tournament dates are Feb 19-20, 26-27 and March 5-6. For information e-mail & lt;gotigers1@cs.com & gt;

BASEBALL
The Baseball School will offer a four week hitting camp on four consecutive Monday nights at the Batter's Box beginning January 3rd. Two sessions per night, the second session for advanced players. The camp is open to anybody ages 8 -14. Registration is limited. Call Matt Gianbattista at (330) 793-5605 to register or for information.
Pleasant Valley Church in Niles will conduct a baseball clinic Jan. 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The morning session is an all-skills camp for boys ages 8-12 and the afternoon is a pitching camp for boys ages 13-18. The cost is $20 and will include lunch. Camp instructors will include B.B. Rooner baseball players and the speaker will be Adam Hermsdorfer of the Cleveland Indians. SOCCER
Tri-County Sports Complex in Struthers will be offering goalkeeper training on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 to 8 PM. Sessions begin Dec. 27 and will run through the remainder of the winter.
