Indictments
A Mahoning County grand jury indicted Anthony West, 20, of East Lucius Avenue, on charges of murder and two counts of kidnapping. Police said West was Anthony Brock's accomplice in the kidnapping of two teenage cousins earlier this month. Brock was shot to death in a car on Cambridge Street when one of the cousins freed himself. The grand jury also indicted these people Thursday:
Richard L. McNeal, 38, Springfield Road, New Springfield, possession of cocaine.
Myron C. DiBenedetto, 39, Sexton Street, Struthers, burglary.
John White, 20, Camden Avenue, Youngstown, breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.
Kevin L. Dotson, 18, Morrison Road, Columbus, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.
Letisha D. Minor, 24, West Auburndale Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
John Johnson, 32, Overland Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine.
Michael R. Theodore, 19, Woodland Avenue, Lake Milton, theft.
Casey J. Berick, 20, Edinburgh Drive, Austintown, possession of cocaine.
Jason Crawley, 23, West Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, illegal possession of weapons, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (two counts), possession of cocaine.
Robert W. Weimer Sr., 52, Oakwood Avenue, Youngstown, domestic violence.
Joy Glover, 20, Compass West, Austintown, assault.
John Poling, 25, Cannon Road, Austintown, assault.
Curtis C. Kirtley, 44, Mill Road, Berlin Center, possession of cocaine.
Troy L. Blake, 27, East Ohio Avenue, Sebring, burglary.
Jarrod D. Robinson, 26, East 22nd Street, Columbus, receiving stolen property.
Lawrence Davis, 51, Sharrott Road, North Lima, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, possession of cocaine.
