MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays at 11 locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and a $1.50 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Dec. 22: Swiss steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, California vegetables, bread w/margarine, angel food cake and milk.
Thursday, Dec. 23: Turkey tetrazzini, Italian mixed vegetables, shredded lettuce with dressing, biscuit with margarine, orange and milk.
Friday, Dec. 24: The office is closed for Christmas.
Saturday, Dec. 25: Turkey and Swiss cheese on wheat bread with mayonnaise, potato salad, pineapple-orange juice, pretzels and milk.
Monday, Dec. 27: Brunswick stew, harvard beets, potato roll with margarine, pineapple chunks and milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 28: Beef tips with gravy, rice, brussels sprouts, roll with margarine, Texas sheet cake (diet peanut butter cookie available) and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
