Key matchup: Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger vs. Giants QB Eli Manning. Rookie QBs have had opposite seasons. Roethlisberger, drafted No. 11 overall, has won all 11 starts. Manning, the No. 1 pick, is winless in four starts since taking over from Kurt Warner. Manning has completed 42 of 110 passes for 516 yards, one TD and six INTs. His passer rating is 33.8, lowest in NFL for anyone with 100 pass attempts. Roethlisberger has completed 66.1-percent of his passes for more than 2,000 yards, 14 TDs and ranks third in AFC with 97.6 rating.

Key matchup: Redskins P Tom Tupa vs. 49ers P Andy Lee. With two of NFL's worst offenses playing, field position could make difference. Lee had key 53-yard punt in overtime last week that helped give 49ers field position on winning drive. Tupa is NFL's busiest punter with 90 punts this season. Lee is tied for third with 79. Despite his weary leg, Tupa is tied for fourth in NFL with 44.3-yard gross average.

He ran for 108 yards and TD last week, and has run for 100 yards or more in all four starts. Brooking leads Falcons with 83 total tackles. Falcons allow 105.9 yards rushing per game.
