XYoungstown Chapter of Links Inc. will have its annual Christmas luncheon from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the Chophouse in Warren. Gifts will be collected for children 2 to 12 for Home for Kids and The Needle's Eye. Margaret Person is chairman.

XCroatian Lodge No. 598 will meet at 12:45 p.m. Sunday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

XPillars, a ministry of strong women holding up the Gospel, will hold its first women's meeting under the guidance of the Rev. Loretta J. Pernice at 10 a.m. Saturday at Elim Christian Center, 1400 Tod Ave., Warren.
XSt. Rose Quilting Club will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

SINGLES

XD.A.R.E., a social group for divorced, widowed or separated people, meets at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays at Boardman Christian Church, 565 Boardman-Canfield Road, Boardman. Also planned for the group are these activities: Sunday, dance at Choices in Liberty, cost is $3 for members and $4 for nonmembers; Monday and Tuesday, dance lessons with Judy Conti at 7 p.m. at Wedgewood Plaza, cost is $5; Dec. 23, Christmas movie night; and Dec. 30, game night.
