The Boardman Township trustees took the following action Monday night:
Authorized purchase of two new unmarked Ford Tauruses for the police department from Ford Mercury of Batavia, Ohio, at a total cost of $24,748.
Agreed to renew a software maintenance agreement with EmergiTech Inc. of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, at a cost of $10,682 for a one-year term beginning Dec. 1, 2004.
Authorized purchase of a computer server to store intelligence and narcotics data at a cost of $4,479.
Awarded a liquor permit to Asuka Japanese restaurant on Market Street.
Agreed to renew liability insurance with the Ohio Township Association Risk Management Authority statewide insurance pool through Cailor-Fleming Insurance Agency at an annual cost of $139,600.
