Boardman Township Trustees met Monday and took the following action:
Authorized purchase of two new unmarked Ford Taurus police cruisers from Ford Mercury of Batavia, Ohio, at a cost of $12,325 each. They were bought through the state purchasing program.
Agreed to renew a software maintenance agreement with EmergiTech Inc. of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, at a cost of $10,682 for one year beginning Dec. 1, 2004.
Authorized purchase of computer server to store intelligence and narcotics data at a cost of $4,479.
Agreed to renew liability insurance with the Ohio Township Association Risk Management Authority statewide insurance pool through Cailor-Fleming Insurance Agency at a cost of $139,600.
