Boardman Park will sponsor a Senior Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Boardman Community Center. The program will feature an exercise program, blood pressure screenings, crafts, lunch and bingo. Cost is $1. Call (330) 965-0482 for reservations.
Senior Center of Mahoning County, 1110 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, has scheduled the following: Monday, bridge at 1 p.m.; Tuesday, oil painting class and exercise at 10 a.m., computer classes at 10 a.m. and noon, blood pressure screening at noon, and Digital Club at 2 p.m.; Wednesday, Lake Milton Satellite Christmas party and watercolor class at 10 a.m., tai chi at noon, blood pressure screening at 12:30 p.m., and yoga and 500 cards at 1; Thursday, Watch Our Weight Support Group and woodcarvers at 9 a.m., Boardman Satellite Christmas party at 10 a.m., blood pressure screenings at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., square dancing at 1 p.m. and line dancing at 3 p.m.; and Friday, exercise at 10 a.m. and Sebring Senior Center Christmas party at 10:30 a.m. The center has applications for the SBC Lifeline Ohio \telephone discount program for $12.38 per month for eligible applicants.
