AUXILIARIES
XSt. Elizabeth Hospital Auxiliary will meet at noon Monday in the guest dining room. Laura Zeh of Western Reserve Historical Society will speak on the history of the Western Reserve.
XStruthers K. of C. Ladies will have its annual Christmas party at 6 p.m. Monday at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. Hostesses will be Fran Timko, Dolly Troyan and Mary Novotny. Installation of officers will be held.
XTriangle VFW Post 2799 Auxiliary, 3161 E. South Range Road, New Springfield, will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the post home for its annual Christmas party. Members are asked to take a casserole and an ornament valued at $5 or less, as well as names of individuals needing help this Christmas.
XVFW Post 3538 Auxiliary of Struthers will have its Christmas party at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the post home. Members should take a casserole, table service and treat for the troops. The regular meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the post home.

XThe annual French Christmas celebration of Le Cercle Fran & ccedil;ais will be held Dec. 19 at Soffo's Cafe, 8586 South Ave., Boardman. A reception with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar at 5:30 p.m. will be followed by dinner at 6, and entertainment will include a musical program by members of the St. Ambrose Church choir in Garrettsville, French carols and door prizes. XCourt Bishop James McFadden 1650, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Ground Round Restaurant, South Avenue Extension, for a regular meeting and Christmas party. Bingo will be played, and officers will serve as hostesses. Members are asked to take items for the Millcreek Children's Center.
