Plans announced by Jennifer Nitch, Steven Santiago

XNEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Jennifer Nitch, 210 E. Euclid Ave., and Steven Santiago, 408 Jackson Drive, Campbell, are announcing their engagement.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Linda and Gary Nitch, also of the East Euclid Avenue address. She earned a bachelor's degree in food and nutrition at Youngstown State University and is employed as a service representative by Liberty Mutual.
Carmen and Jose Santiago, 391 Coitsville Road, Campbell, are parents of the prospective groom. A graduate of YSU with a bachelor's in history, he works in assembly for Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Warren.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's wedding to take place at 1 p.m. Aug. 20, 2005, at Mary Mother of Hope and for a reception afterward at The Georgetown, Boardman.
