YOUNGSTOWN -- St. Patrick Church, 1420 Oak Hill Ave., will have its monthly spaghetti dinner from 11:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. today.
Dinner proceeds will benefit First Night Youngstown on Dec. 31.
Blood pressure screenings and church tours will be available at 1 and 2 p.m.
Building citation
YOUNGSTOWN -- Robert Camardo, 68, of Oak Tree Drive, Canfield, is due in municipal court Monday morning to face a charge of failure to maintain a building in a safe and sanitary condition.
The building is a small plaza at 1805 to 1821 Belmont Ave.
Police and a housing inspector issued a citation Friday to Camardo. Reports show the building's roof has holes in it, shingles and a section missing, windows are broken, and there is debris on sidewalk.
Beaver Twp. meeting
NORTH LIMA -- Beaver Township trustees will have a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the township administration office to discuss personnel and litigation issues.
Trustees expect to go into a private session immediately after opening the public meeting. They do not expect to take any formal action, however.
The trustees will meet again Dec. 13 to review final development plans for phase one of the Lakes of Beaver Development on Sharrott Road.
Court hours for victims
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- The Lawrence County District Attorney's office will have evening hours from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday for victims of crime.
Any crime victim who has a case pending before the Lawrence County Common Pleas Court, and is unable to make appointments during regular business hours, can schedule an evening appointment with the district attorney's office staff to discuss the status of their case.
Evening hours are on the first Monday of each month from 6 to 9 p.m. by appointment only.
To set up an appointment, call (724) 656-1916 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
CPR class scheduled
BOARDMAN -- A CPR class for laypeople will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Elizabeth Boardman Campus.
Mike Kerr, registered paramedic, firefighter and instructor for St. Elizabeth's Regional Learning Center for Cardiac Life Support, will teach the class, which covers adult, child and infant CPR. The program also will include information on poison prevention, rescue breathing, obstructed airway and child safety issues.
It is open to the public for a fee of $35. Participants will receive an informational booklet and poison stickers.

Warren school board
WARREN -- The board of education will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the board room of the administration building, 261 Monroe St. N.W.
Route 304 project
GIRARD -- The Ohio Department of Transportation plans to resurface state Route 304 from Girard to Hubbard.
Construction on the $917,000 project is to begin in the summer and be finished by late fall 2005. A minimum of one lane of traffic will be maintained during the work.
