Induction held at temple by Youngstown Lodge 615
YOUNGSTOWN -- A closed installation ceremony was conducted by Youngstown Masonic Lodge 615, Free and Accepted Masons, on Dec. 2 at Youngstown Masonic Temple, Wick Avenue.
After a buffet dinner, William Bell and Paul Belus inducted the following officers: William M. Schiraldi of Boardman, worshipful master; Chris Kelso, senior warden; Robert Rodkey, junior warden; Elmer Haidle, treasurer; Keith Ashbaugh, secretary; Dan Stellmar, senior deacon; Jack Farrant, junior deacon; Dave Reddersen, senior steward; Neil Johnson, chaplain; Douglas Babyak, L.E.O.; David Beaver, tyler; and Larry Kurtz, trustee.
Background
Schiraldi is a millwright at WCI Steel Co. in Warren, where he has been employed for 39 years. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he is a member of the American Legion Mahoning Valley Post 15, and is also a member of St. Luke Church in Boardman, where he is an usher, reader and member of the Holy Name Society.
He is treasurer of Bishop Malone Council 12756 K. of C., a 32nd degree Mason with the Scottish Rite Valley of Youngstown, a member of Grand Council Royal and Select and Royal Arch Masons of Ohio. He is also a member of the Aut Mori Grotto Clown Unit known as "Buttons." He and his wife, Dorothy, have two children.
The lodge's annual inspection will be held April 21, 2005, in the Fellow Craft Degree.
