ATLANTA -- Georgia Tech raised its Final Four banner before the game, then played like a team that could win it all.
The fourth-ranked Yellow Jackets took control with a 20-0 run, led by 27 points at halftime and went on to rout Michigan 99-68 Tuesday night in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge.
B.J. Elder scored 27 points, Will Bynum had 19 and Jarrett Jack 16 for Georgia Tech.
Courtney Sims had 17 points for Michigan, which had 18 turnovers and shot just 41 percent.

MADISON, Wis. -- Alando Tucker scored a career-high 27 points to lead Wisconsin.
Sharif Chambliss added 15 points and Zach Morley had 12 for the Badgers (3-1), who won their 31st straight home game. That ties Stephen F. Austin for the longest current Division I home winning streak.
Ekene Ibekwe scored 21 points to lead Maryland (3-1).
No. 10 Duke 81,No. 11 Michigan St. 74
DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke again was too much for Michigan State, thanks almost entirely to J.J. Redick and Daniel Ewing.
The backcourt duo each scored 29 points and made five 3-pointers, helping the 10th-ranked Blue Devils hold off the Spartans in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge.
Redick had 21 points in the first half, and Ewing took up the slack after the break, scoring 15. Duke (4-0) improved to 6-0 in the made-for-TV challenge and beat the Spartans (3-1) for the second straight season.
This one was much closer than a year ago, when the Blue Devils ran away to a 72-50 victory. And it had all the intensity of an NCAA tournament game. Paul Davis led the Spartans with 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Alan Anderson added 15 points.
No. 23 Iowa 91, Drake 75
DES MOINES, Iowa -- Jeff Horner and Adam Haluksa each scored 21 points and Horner added eight rebounds and six assists, leading No. 23 Iowa past Drake.
Iowa (4-1) pulled away with a 12-0 first-half run and was never seriously threatened in beating Drake (1-2) for the 26th straight time. Pierre Pierce scored 15 points for Iowa, which shot 53.6 percent, and freshman Carlton Reed had 14.
Florida St. 70, Minnesota 69
MINNEAPOLIS -- Van Wafer had 19 points and Florida State used a 16-0 run late in the second half to beat Minnesota 70-69 on Tuesday night in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge.
The Seminoles (3-3) trailed by 14 points with 7 minutes to play. However, the Gophers then went 5 1/2 minutes without scoring.
Todd Galloway's 3-pointer from the corner with 2:05 to play put the Seminoles ahead 65-63, their first lead since 2-0.
