MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays at 11 locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and a $1.50 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Sept. 1: Beef tips with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrot coins, dinner roll with margarine, Texas sheet cake (angel food cake available) and milk.
Thursday, Sept. 2: Turkey sub with cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, potato salad, three-bean salad, pineapple chunks and milk.
Friday, Sept. 3: Johnny Marzetti with Parmesan cheese, California mix vegetables, spinach salad, snowflake roll, pears and milk.
Saturday, Sept. 4: Salami and provolone cheese on Italian bread with mayonnaise, pickled beets with Italian dressing, orange, vanilla wafers and milk.
Monday, Sept. 6: Labor Day. All sites closed.
Tuesday, Sept. 7: Chicken-macaroni salad, cottage cheese, peach half, carrot-raisin salad, roll with margarine, cantaloupe and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
