XYOUNGSTOWN -- Living at 490 Catalina Ave. after a honeymoon in the Poconos are La'Marcus Cortez Ware and his bride, the former Machelle L. Grove, who were married at 4 p.m. July 24 at Holy Trinity Missionary Baptist Church.
The Rev. Lewis Macklin officiated, and a reception followed at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park.
Parents of the bride are Albert Grove of Alabaster, Ala., and Shirley Grove of Youngstown, and the groom is a son of George Ware, 2036 Atkinson Ave., and the late Samella Ware.
The bride wore a chapel-length duster of jeweled chiffon over her strapless, A-line satin gown.
Pastel-blue and white gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Joyce Riley and Neeia Grove, and the bridesmaids, Mikko Harris, Dominique Williams, Princess Lane, Latosha Ray and De'Ondrea Watkins. Flower girl was Nichelle Caban, and junior bride was Victoria Caban.
Antwan Guss and Michael Daily were best men, and groomsmen were KiethRobinson, Greg Johnson, Joseph Grove, Steven Lane and Jeff Code. Ring bearer was De'Ondre Jackson, Brandin Watkins was junior groom, and ushers were Daniel Grove and Aaron Ware. Also participating was DaVonte Ewing.
A graduate of Choffin School of Surgical Technology, the bride is a surgical technologist at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren. The groom attended Youngstown State University and is employed by the city of Youngstown at the waste water treatment plant.
