XLOWELLVILLE -- Christina Durbin and Mark Jobe were united in marriage July 24 during a 2 p.m. ceremony solemnized by the Rev. Gerald DeLucia at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.
The daughter of Richard Durbin, 6055 Torolo Drive, Lowellville, and Betsy Durbin, 50 Colonial Estate, Poland, and the son of William and Patricia Jobe, 437 Avalon Drive, Howland, accepted congratulations at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman before leaving on a wedding trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. They live at 6054 Herons Circle, Austintown.
Embellished with ice-blue beading, crystals and rhinestones, the bride's A-line gown of white satin featured a V-neckline and jeweled spaghetti straps.
Red gowns were worn by Alyssa Mamula and Ronda Perry, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Erin Bartlett, Jaimie Barone, Marissa Hostal, Jacquelyn McQuillan, Gina Lanzo, Denise Jobe, Amanda White and Samantha Barone. Junior bridesmaid was Rachel Durbin, and flower girl was Genna Weiland.
William Jobe served as best man, and groomsmen were James Weiland, Charles Weiland, Josh Durbin, Rich Durbin, Don Ross, Steve Booth, Lyle Huffman and Kris Haines. David Durbin was junior groomsman, and ring bearer was Noah Mamula.
The bride, a health-care representative with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals of New York, graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in advertising.
The groom earned a degree in accounting at YSU and is a corporate tax auditor with Ohio Department of Taxation in Akron.
