John Groh III, 24, Reed Avenue, Campbell; cocaine possession.
Terrill J. Blackshear, 18, Lansdowne Boulevard, Youngstown; concealed weapon, possession of a dangerous ordnance.
Damon Damous, 22, West Marion Street, Youngstown; cocaine possession, illegal possession of a weapon.
Jason Winston, 19, West Indianola Avenue, Youngstown; two counts of felonious assault, one count each of concealed weapon and illegal possession of a weapon.
Jerry Thomas, 30, Kenneth Street, Youngstown; concealed vehicle identification number, receiving stolen property.
Nicholas P. Hall, 20, Elm Street, Youngstown; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Ray Burt, 28, East Judson Avenue, Youngstown; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Patrick Howard Sr., 48, Mineral Springs Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault, two counts of child endangering.
Michael N. Childs, 18, Almyra Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, concealed weapon, failure to comply with a police order, illegal possession of a weapon.
James A. Shimmel Jr., 25, Toronto, Ohio; receiving stolen property, heroin possession.
Jeremiah V. McClarin, 18, Winona Drive, Youngstown; aggravated rioting.
Orlando Carabbia Jr., 38, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown; 13 counts of forgery, 11 counts of theft.
Sandra J. Day, 35, Byron Street, Youngstown; theft.
Althea Curry, age unavailable, South Medina Street, Youngstown; tampering with records, theft, forgery.
James P. Adams, 31, South Medina Street, Youngstown; tampering with records, theft, forgery.
Tiffany Getsy, 37, Regent Street, Youngstown; two counts of drug trafficking.
Secret indictments were handed down against nine unidentified men and two unidentified women for drug trafficking charges. Their identities will remain secret until after they are arrested.
