D.C. United 2, Crew 2
COLUMBUS -- Jaime Moreno scored on a penalty kick in the 76th minute to lift D.C. United to a 2-2 tie with the Columbus Crew on Saturday night.
United midfielder Freddy Adu drew a sellout crowd of 23,849 in his first match at Crew Stadium. The 15-year-old Adu started his third straight match and played the full 90 minutes, finishing with no goals or assists.
United's Alecko Eskandarian opened the scoring in the 35th minute with a 25-yard shot past goalkeeper Jon Busch. Duncan Oughton evened the match seven minutes later on a diving header off Simon Elliott's free kick.
Columbus midfielder Ross Paule scored from 28 yards on a free kick in the 54th minute.
Wizards 2, Revolution 1
FOXBORO, Mass. -- Davy Arnaud scored his ninth goal of the season in the 66th minute to give Kansas City a win over New England.
The win snapped a three-game skid for the Wizards (10-7-5), and ended New England's seven-game unbeaten streak.
New England (5-9-8) took the lead in the 11th minute when Taylor Twellman scored his fifth goal of the season on a pass from Patrick Noonan. Kansas City tied the game in the 39th minute when Josh Wolff knocked in a rebound of a cross from Igor Sinutenkov.
New England had several scoring chances in the second half, but could not convert. Jose Cancela's direct kick hit the goalpost in the 52nd minute. Twellman's header sailed over the net in the 65th minute, and his point-blank shot was stopped by Wizards goalkeeper Bo Oshoniyi in the 75th minute.
