Long-ago comical con men travel the world in search of gold in the 2000 animated feature, "The Road to El Dorado" (8 p.m., ABC). The voice cast includes Kevin Kline, Kenneth Branagh, Rosie Perez, Armand Assante, Edward James Olmos and Elton John.
In "Johnny English" (8 p.m., HBO), a spoof of the James Bond genre, all the top British spies are suddenly dead. So a clueless functionary (Rowan Atkinson) must try to recover the stolen crown jewels and stop an evil Frenchman (John Malkovich) from usurping the throne.
The new half-hour animated series "Brandy and Mr. Whiskers" (8 p.m., Disney) borrows a familiar premise -- being stranded in a foreign and exotic location -- and throws a bunny and a dog in the mix. Brandy, the snobbish dog, and Mr. Whiskers, the happy-go-lucky bunny, fall from the cargo hold of a plane and land in an Amazon rain forest. There they meet the region's native creatures including a boa and an otter.
A team of special agents heads to "Raptor Island" (9 p.m., Sci Fi), a mysterious island in the South China Sea in search of a terrorist and a kidnapped scientist. What they find is a population of vicious, prehistoric raptors whose appetite for humans has not waned since the prehistoric age. Lorenzo Lamas and Steven Bauer co-star in the two-hour adventure movie.
"Spy Kids 3: Game Over" (9 p.m., Starz), the third in the "Spy Kids" series, finds Carmen (Alexa Vega) trapped in a video game controlled by the evil Toymaker (Sylvester Stallone), and of course Juni (Daryl Sabara) must try to rescue her.
