F.N.B. approves dividendof 23 cents per share
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- F.N.B. Corp., holding company for First National Bank of Pennsylvania, has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 23 cents per share of common stock, payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record Sept. 1.
Doctor opens centerfor sleep disorders
BOARDMAN -- CrossRoads Sleep Disorders Center, a medical center providing diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, has opened at 721 Boardman-Canfield Road. Dr. Stephen Crowe, whose medical practice is based at the center, recently relocated to the Mahoning Valley from Atlanta, Ga. He has a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed a fellowship in sleep medicine at the University of Mississippi.
First Niles Financialannounces dividend
NILES -- First Niles Financial, parent company of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles, has announced a third-quarter cash dividend of 15 cents per share, payable Sept. 17 for shareholders of record Sept. 3. First Niles is traded on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market under the symbol FNFI.
T.J. Maxx to opennew store in Hermitage
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- T.J. Maxx will open a new store Sunday at the Hermitage Towne Centre on East State Street, Hermitage. The retailer's opening is set for 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. that day. Based in Massachusetts, T.J. Maxx calls itself the nation's largest off-price retailer. It has 700 stores in 47 states, including two other local stores, in Niles and Boardman.
