Artists join for display
LIBERTY -- Original watercolor paintings, jewelry and pottery will be on display and for sale at Western Reserve Art Guild's outdoor show from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at 1467 Church Hill-Hubbard Road. At least seven artists will participate. The guild represents local watercolor artists who work in other forms as well. Admission is free.
Singer to perform
YOUNGSTOWN -- Liz Rubino will sing songs from "Our Time," a musical review of Stephen Sondheim's Broadway compositions, at 11 a.m. Saturday at North Side Farmers' Market, Elm Street, across from Wick Park. Market hours are from 9 a.m. to noon. Rubino and James McClellan performed "Our Time" last weekend at Oakland Center for the Arts.
Concert canceled
NILES -- A performance by oldies band Sha Na Na that was scheduled for Saturday night at McMenamy's on U.S. Route 422 has been canceled. Concert promoter John Roth said slow ticket sales prompted the cancellation. Refunds are available at point of purchase. The show was to be a benefit for Vocal Group Hall of Fame in Sharon, Pa.
