XBOARDMAN -- Stephen Bobovnik III and his bride, the former Kelly Linden, honeymooned at Montego Bay in Jamaica following their July 17 wedding at St. James Church.
The couple were united in marriage by the Rev. Robert Quaintance during a 2 p.m. ceremony and accepted congratulations afterward during a reception at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
Parents of the bride are John Linden and Sheila Noyes, both of Hubbard, and the groom's parents are Stephen Jr. and Patricia Bobovnik of Boardman.
The bride wore a strapless gown embellished with sequins and designed with a cuffed satin bodice and full tulle skirt.
Coral gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Melissa Smith and Marsha Matovina, and the bridesmaids, Tasha Johnston; Stephanie Hahn, a sister of the groom; and Lewesla Linden, the bride's sister-in-law. Flower girls were Ashlee Bobovnik, the groom's cousin, and Elizabeth Hahn, his niece.
David Gurd performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Jeremy Burgess; Jason Phillips; Erik Hahn, the groom's brother-in-law; and Lance Linden, the bride's brother. Ring bearer was David Gurd Jr.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree in education at Youngstown State University and is a third-grade teacher with Youngstown Community School.
The groom is a telephone and data technician with Valley Telecom in Warren.
They live in Girard.
