Chelsea Lowry, Noel Taylor to wed in Florida

XAUSTINTOWN -- Bonnie and Terry Collings, 4640 Sheffield Drive, are announcing the engagement of their son, Noel Richard Taylor, 2020 E. Edgewood Drive, Lakeland, Fla., and Chelsea McNeal Lowry, a daughter of Phyllis and Cody Lowry, all of 421 Lone Palm Drive, Lakeland, Fla.
The bride-elect is majoring in social work at Southeastern College in Lakeland.
The future groom, also a son of Royce Taylor, 380 Jerigan Road, Portland, Tenn., graduated from Southeastern with a degree in secondary education and is a seventh-grade mathematics teacher at St. Joseph Middle School in Lakeland.
The couple will extend invitations for their wedding to take place at 5 p.m. Nov. 20 at First Presbyterian Church and for their reception later that day at Lone Palm Golf and Country Club, both in Lakeland.
