LIBERTY
Aug. 1
Criminal damaging: A man discovered two of his vehicle's tires and a door to his residence in the 1000 block of Shannon Road had been damaged. Damage was estimated at $500.
Arrest: A Girard man, 20, was arrested near state Routes 5 and 305 and charged with failure to appear in court on a felony warrant from Liberty charging him with vandalism.
Theft: An employee at Choice's Niteclub, 1620 Motor Inn Drive, reported someone removed $225 from her hand.
Theft: A Youngstown woman went to the basement at the Youngstown Country Club, 1402 Country Club Drive, to retrieve her purse and discovered $200 had been removed from it.
Aug. 2
Arrest: Police arrested a 29-year-old Youngstown woman at Giant Eagle, 4700 Belmont Ave., on a warrant from Cuyahoga County charging her with possession of drugs.
Theft/recovered property: A man in the 1700 block of Harding Avenue recovered a $600 remote-control toy truck after he reported it had been taken from his home.
Recovered property: Police recovered a Ford Crown Victoria near Pleasant Valley Road after it had been stolen in Hubbard.
