Charles W. Alexander, 25, New Road, North Jackson; driving under the influence of alcohol.
Ronald Lewis, 36, East Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown; three counts of drug possession, one count of possessing marijuana.
Brian M. Moore, 22, Elm Street, Struthers; possessing heroin.
Maria M. Rivera, 38, Broadway, Youngstown; theft.
Christopher S. Carnes, 34, Youngstown-Poland Road, Struthers; domestic violence.
Lucky Mitchell, 21, East Warren Avenue, Youngstown; theft, possessing criminal tools.
Matthew P. Mingo, 27, South Shore Drive, Youngstown; possessing heroin.
James A. Stahura, 42, Lincoln Street, Struthers; possessing cocaine.
Nakeia L. Hall, 21, Woodcrest Avenue, Youngstown; theft, assault.
Victor M. Caban Jr., 25, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown; six counts of cocaine trafficking, one count of possessing cocaine, illegally possessing a weapon and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
Dominic J. Frazzini Jr., 45, Oakridge Drive, Youngstown; three counts of passing bad checks.

Michael Marks, 25, Harbor Street, Youngstown; possessing cocaine.
Michael McMillan, 30, Crandall Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated trafficking in cocaine and marijuana.
David B. Rothman, 47, West Boardman Street, Youngstown; forgery.
The grand jury secretly indicted three unidentified men on murder-related charges. The indictment includes three counts of aggravated murder and six counts each of attempted aggravated murder and felonious assault. The defendants' names won't be made public until after they are arrested. Details were not available, and prosecutors would not comment. The grand jury also secretly indicted four men on drug-related offenses.
