Grant admits it's not timefor a family, report says
LONDON -- Hugh Grant says he would agree to settle down and start a family only if he was utterly bored or drunk, reports Ananova.com.
"When it gets to the point where I'm bored with myself, I'll start a family," Grant said.
The 43-year-old "Two Weeks Notice" star said he thinks about getting married only when weakened by alcohol.
"It's mainly when I'm drunk," he said. "That's the difference: Men think about partnership when they're [drunk]. Women think about it when they're sober."
Grant does, however, have specific plans for his retirement: trading nightclubs for golf clubs.
"I'm already to the point where I can't think of anything else. I used to read books on all kinds of topics, but now I only read about golf.
"It's turning me into a much more superficial person. Not that I used to be especially deep."

Spokeswoman: Berryseeks divorce from Benet
LOS ANGELES -- Actress Halle Berry has filed for divorce from her husband, R & amp;B singer Eric Benet, a spokeswoman said.
Publicist Karen Samfilippo confirmed the filing Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court but declined to comment.
The couple were married about three years and separated in October. This is the second divorce for the actress, who was previously married to Cleveland Indians outfielder David Justice.
Tabloids speculated about Benet's faithfulness from nearly the moment the "X-Men" star married Benet in January 2001.
The two met in 1999 at a party to celebrate the premiere of Berry's HBO movie "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge," about the first black woman nominated for a best-actress Oscar with 1954's "Carmen Jones."
Berry won a Golden Globe and an Emmy for the Dandridge role. She then became the first black woman to win a best-actress Oscar for her work in 2001's "Monster's Ball."
Shields' book to addresspostpartum depression
NEW YORK -- Brooke Shields, the mother of a nearly 1-year-old daughter, is writing a book about postpartum depression. Hyperion plans to publish "Down Came the Rain" in the spring of 2005.
"By sharing my experience, I hope to shed light on a real, yet often hidden or ignored problem that affects women of all walks of life in varying degrees," the 38-year-old actress said in a statement Monday.
"I also hope that by being honest about the fear, shock and shame I felt, it will help others avoid the pitfall of postpartum depression and open up a community of support."
Shields, who is married to writer-producer Chris Henchy, gave birth last May to a baby girl, Rowan Francis.
The actress, who began modeling as a toddler, has appeared in films including "Pretty Baby," "The Blue Lagoon" and "Endless Love." Her NBC sitcom, "Suddenly Susan," ended in 2000 after four years.
