STRUTHERS -- The Committee to Erect a Struthers Veterans Memorial meets at 7 p.m. Monday April 19 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 344 Center St.

Campbell graduate
Air Force Tech. Sgt. Donald E. Kusky was promoted to his present rank while serving as a wing protocol supervisor with the 62nd Airlift Wing, McChord Air Force Base, Wash. He is the son of Frank and Doris Kusky of Campbell, and is a 1991 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School.

Army Reserve Spec. Stephen M. Gardner has returned to the United States after completing an overseas deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and/or Iraqi Freedom. Gardner, a member of the 2125th Garrison Support Unit, Fort Bragg, N.C., is a military policeman. He is the son of Jay D. and Mary F. Gardner of Boardman, and a 1999 graduate of Boardman High School.

Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Jaclyn J. Bauman, daughter of Kathleen J. and Michael L. Bauman of Beloit, graduated from the Navy's six-month Nuclear Power School at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command, S.C. Bauman is a 2002 graduate of West Branch High School, Beloit.

Air Force Tech. Sgt. Margaret M. Williams graduated from the Air Force Noncommissioned Officer Academy. Williams, a commander's support staff supervisor, is assigned to the 488th Intelligence Squadron, RAF Mildenhall, Cambridge, England. She is the daughter of William J. and Margaret M. Johnston of Kinsman, and is a 1989 graduate of Geneva, Ohio, High School.

Marine Corps Pfc. Adam J. Shulze, son of Betty G. Nagy and Walter Nagy, both of Masury, graduated from the Ammunition Technician Specialist Course while assigned to Marine Corps Detachment Redstone Arsenal, Ala. Shulze is a 2003 graduate of Reynolds High School, Greenville, Pa.

Marine Corps Pfc. Michael A. Gulley, a 2003 graduate of West Branch High School, Beloit, has completed the Basic Electrician's Course at Marine Corps Engineer School, Camp Lejeune, N.C.

Army Capt. Marc Richard Angle graduated from the advanced Army Logistics Management College at Fort Lee, Va., and will continue advanced studies at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., and Fort Rucker, Ala. He is the son of Richard and Dr. Bernadette Angle of Hubbard, and husband of Kristie McClay Angle.
