Varacalli jubilee to be marked Saturday

XBOARDMAN -- Mr. and Mrs. Dominic Varacalli, 810 Kentwood Drive, will observe their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday during a dinner party.
The former Rita Zappia and Mr. Varacalli exchanged marriage vows April 24, 1954, in Youngstown.
Mrs. Varacalli was a hair dresser and owner of La Prima Tressa, Youngstown. She retired in 1995.
Retiring in 1986, Mr. Varacalli was a machinist at LTV Steel Corp. in Youngstown.
They are members of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Youngstown. Mrs. Varacalli is a member of St. Anthony's Auxiliary Society, and Mr. Varacalli is a member of Sons and Daughters of Italy.
They have a son, Joseph Varacalli of Poland. The family circle also includes three grandchildren.
