WARREN -- A Youngstown woman has pleaded guilty to kidnapping and felonious assault for her role in the May 11, 2003, shooting of Tim Wylind of Lordstown.
Under the terms of the plea agreement, Chinique Davenport, 24, of Quinn Street, will not be convicted of a gun charge if she passes a polygraph test. The gun charge would add three years to her sentence.
