Parents announce Johnson-Remick engagement

XBOARDMAN -- The engagement of Rebekah Johnson of Glen Allen, Va., and Jonathan Remick, 8399 Glenwood Ave., is being announced by their parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Ron and Cindy Johnson, 47 Melbourne Ave., and the future groom is a son of John Remick of the Glenwood Avenue address.
Miss Johnson earned a degree in chemical engineering at Youngstown State University. She is an environmental engineer with Virginia Department of Environmental Quality in Glen Allen.
Mr. Remick attended Youngstown State University.
New Life Assembly will be the setting of the couple's wedding planned for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 14. An evening reception is planned at The Embassy in Youngstown.
