BINGO/CARD PARTIES
XThe Altar and Rosary Society of Sts. Peter and Paul Croatian Church, 421 Covington St., Youngstown, will sponsor the annual spring bingo and card party from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the church hall. Refreshments will be served. Admission is $4.
XHermitage Women's Club will sponsor a card party at 11 a.m. Saturday at the John XXIII Home community room, 2250 Shenango Valley Freeway, Hermitage, Pa. Donation is $5.
XA super bingo will be held at 2 p.m. April 25 at St. Jude Church Activity Center, 180 Seventh St., Columbiana. Doors will open at 12:30. The cost is $25. The event will offer free coffee, pop and daubers. Lunch with hot dogs and sauerkraut, sloppy Joes and pizza will be available.
CONCERTS
XConcordia Chorus of the Youngstown Saxon Club will present its annual "Night in Vienna" dinner concert Saturday in the club ballroom, 710 S. Meridian Road, Austintown. FESTIVALS
XThe Three Rivers Quilt Festival will be held at Castle Shannon Memorial Hall, state Route 88 and Grove Roads, Pittsburgh. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $5. A weekend pass is $8.
FUND-RAISERS
XThe Das Deutsch Center Clinic for Special Needs Children will hold its fourth annual Patchwork Dinner and Auction at 5:30 p.m. May 8 at Gilmour Academy's Lower School, 34001 Cedar Road, Gates Mills. Among auction items are quilts, custom-made desk, wall hangings, gift baskets and tickets to sports and theater events and child's schoolhouse. Call (440) 632-1668 for information.
XF.H. Buhl Club will hold its third annual Derby Day at the Races fund-raiser from 4 to 9 p.m. May 1 at the Shriner's Picnic Grounds on Lamor Road, Hermitage, Pa. Windows will open 30 minutes before the start of the Kentucky Derby. A $10 donation includes food and beverages. Participants can sponsor a horse for $10, and advertisements for the racing program are available at $25. All proceeds benefit the capital improvement fund. Tickets are available at the club at the corner of North Pine and East State streets.
XPhiloptochos Society of St. John Greek Orthodox Church will hold a spring fashion show and luncheon April 24 at St. John's Social Hall, 4955 Glenwood Ave., Boardman. Refreshments will start at 11:30 a.m. and lunch at noon. Tickets are $20 and are available from society members or the church office.
XSt. Paul Altar Guild will sponsor a spring fling at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church hall, state Route 170, New Middletown. There will be bingo, cards, door prizes, raffles and refreshments. Admission is $5.

TOURS
XGreen Thumb Garden Club is sponsoring a tour to Columbus for a Germantown garden and home tour on June 27. The bus will leave Howland at 7:45 a.m. and return at 9:15 p.m. The cost is $69 and includes breakfast and lunch and admission to 12 homes and gardens.
