Vacation planningat work? Not much
NEW YORK -- The summer travel season looms, but bosses take note -- a worker survey finds most employees don't use company time to plan their vacations.
Part of the reason why? They're too busy, said the Maritz Poll, part of St. Louis-based Maritz Research Inc.
Only 14 percent of 1,000 anonymous, randomly selected workers admitted planning trips while at work. And women were even more concerned about it than men -- only 11 percent said they would plan a personal trip while at the office.
