XYOUNGSTOWN -- Christine Renee Rouser and Jeremy William Brandon, both of 2287-C Hedgerow Road, Columbus, were united in marriage March 20 at St. Columba Cathedral.
Monsignor Lawrence Fye presided at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Grant and Mona Rouser, 1113 Sharlene Drive, and the son of James and Susan McMann, 886 Fairfield Drive, Boardman.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman and left on a wedding trip to Key West, Fla.
They live in Columbus.
Pearls and sequins enhanced the bride's satin gown. It was designed with a scalloped portrait neckline, trumpet sleeves and a cathedral train of embroidered lace.
Plum-colored gowns were worn by Katie Kirchner, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Shannon Morgan; Lisa Guerrieri, a cousin of the bride; and Amanda Brandon, a sister of the groom.
The duties of best man were performed by Chad Rachic, and serving as groomsmen were David Trippany, Jesse Miralia and the groom's brother, Michael Brandon.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree and is pursuing a doctor of veterinary medicine degree at Ohio State University in Columbus.
The groom, a software engineer with CBC Companies in Columbus, holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from YSU.
