TELEVISION Q & amp;A

Q. I'm a huge fan of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel." I wonder when "Buffy" star Sarah Michelle Gellar is going to be on "Angel." I heard she was going to come on some time in May. -- L.J., Midlothian, Texas
A. The latest news is that a "Buffy" and "Angel" reunion won't happen for the "Angel" series finale in May. "Buffy" and "Angel" creator Joss Whedon told TV Guide Online that he'll resolve the Buffy-Angel-Spike triangle as the canceled vampire saga comes to an end, but scheduling and story-line conflicts for a Gellar appearance could not be worked out.
Q. Who was the woman on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" who wears a head scarf and runs a dry cleaners? She seems to steal every scene she's in. I think she's great. -- E.V., Milpitas, Calif.
A. That was Gina Gershon as Larry David's Hasidic dry cleaner on the March 7 episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm." Gershon has worked steadily on stage, screen and TV since the 1980s. Her credits include "Showgirls," the David E. Kelley mystery series "Snoops" and, more recently, "Prey for Rock and Roll," an indie film that inspired Gershon to take her own rock band, Girls Against Boys, on the road. An Independent Film Channel series airing later this year will follow the band on tour. Gershon also finds time for voice-over work. You can hear her as the sexy cyborg Six on Sci Fi's "Tripping the Rift" series. Next fall on Kids' WB!, she'll voice Catwoman on "The Batman." She's also signed to star in an ABC comedy pilot, "Hot Mama," from TV producer-director Andy Ackerman ("Two and a Half Men," "Andy Richter Controls the Universe").

Q. Andrea Bocelli sings on a spaghetti commercial. I haven't been able to find out the name of the piece that he is singing. Can you help? -- B.Q., via e-mail
A. The Barilla pasta commercial features the Italian tenor's version of "Mille Lune Mille Onde," from his "Cieli di Toscana" CD.
