Courthouse Hub cafeis closing, owner says
YOUNGSTOWN -- Courthouse Hub Deli & amp; Cafe is closing today, owner Jim Danko said. He said this morning that he was too busy to talk about his decision and would comment later.
He and his wife, Denise Vaclav-Danko, bought the longtime downtown restaurant in 2002. They changed the name from The Hub Coffee House.
Intier's temporary space
BOARDMAN -- Intier Automotive Seating is leasing space at 525 McClurg Road for warehousing and distribution until its plant in Lordstown is completed, said John Horvath, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial First Place Real Estate. Intier recently won a contract to provide seats for the Chevrolet Cobalt to be built at the General Motors' Lordstown complex.

Union declares possibilityof strike against SBC
DALLAS -- The Communications Workers of America notified SBC Communications Inc. that it might strike in 30 days if the two sides don't reach a new contract.
The union, which represents 100,000 workers at the telephone giant, began taking a strike authorization vote Wednesday and could strike as early as May 7. SBC's contracts with the CWA expired last week, and the two sides remain far apart on health-care and job-security issues.
