Struthers court drops charges against 2 men



STRUTHERS -- Charges against a father and son accused of attacking Poland Township Trustee Annette DiVito in her home earlier this year were dropped in municipal court Friday because a Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments against both men on the charges March 11.
Rob Baldwin, 28, of Boardman had been charged with aggravated menacing, criminal damaging, felonious assault and burglary. His father, Robin Baldwin, 52, of Poland had been charged with felony complicity.
The men were indicted on those charges by the grand jury.
Both men are set to appear in Mahoning County Court, Boardman, at 6 p.m. Thursday to face other charges. Rob Baldwin is charged with misdemeanor criminal damaging, and Robin Baldwin is charged with misdemeanor criminal damaging and assault.
Before the fight at the DiVito home in Poland, the men were in a fight with DiVito and her husband, Frank, at a Boardman bar.
