Parents announce Perez and Thomas engagement

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Dr. Jaime and Maria Perez, 1676 Weston Ave., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Zaida I. Perez of the same address, and Richard P. Thomas, 3410 Marylane Drive, Hermitage, Pa.
The prospective groom is a son of Richard D. and Linda Thomas of the Hermitage address.
Miss Perez is pursuing a bachelor's degree in early childhood education at Youngstown State University.
Mr. Thomas also is attending YSU, where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer information systems. He is a network consultant with Creative Technology in Hermitage.
The couple will be married in the summer of 2006.
