Parents announce Griffith-Boyarko engagement

XPOLAND -- The engagement of Colleen Rene & eacute; Griffith, 2107 Renrock Ave., Cleveland, and George Andrew Boyarko Jr., 1180 Edgewood Drive, Cleveland, is announced by their parents, Michael and Ann Griffith of Fort Collins, Colo., and George and Bonnie Boyarko of Poland.
The couple will be married at 1 p.m. Aug. 15 at the Oval on the campus of Colorado State University, and their reception will be held afterward at the Sundance Banquet Center, both in Fort Collins. Invitations will be extended for a reception to be held in their honor Nov. 27 at The Elm Tree in Struthers.
Miss Griffith, also a daughter of the late Pamela H. Griffith, graduated from CSU with a degree in chemical engineering and is enrolled at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland.
Mr. Boyarko graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and will receive his master's degree this spring from CWRU. A graduate of the NASA Space Flight Academy, he is employed as a research assistant at the NASA Lewis Research Center in Cleveland.
