XSARASOTA, Fla. -- Nuptial vows were exchanged during a 3 p.m. ceremony March 8 as Debra Webber and Vincent G. Halko, both of 2870 Decamp Road, Youngstown, were united in marriage at the Sarasota County Court House.
The bride is a daughter of Helen L. Sheridan, 72 Fernwood Ave., Youngstown, and the late Ray Morrell. She is employed as a cashier with the Mahoning County Department of Job and Family Services in Youngstown.
The groom is a son of Mary Ann Halko, 817 Bears Den Road, Youngstown, and the late Vincent F. Halko. He is retired after being employed as a truck driver with Teamsters Local 377 in Youngstown.
Nancy Croutch of Youngstown served as honor attendant for the bride, and the duties of best man were performed by Ken Croutch of Youngstown.
After a honeymoon in Sarasota, the couple live in Youngstown.
