Leading 89-78 at the start of the fourth, the Bucks started to pull away. Brevin Knight, the Cavs' top selection in the 1997 draft, started an 11-3 surge with a basket and a free throw, and Skinner capped it with a hook shot that gave Milwaukee a 100-83 lead with 7:17 left.
Redd had 13 points in the third quarter, including three 3-pointers, to help the Bucks take an 89-78 lead.
Mateen Cleaves, signed to a 10-day contract by the Cavaliers on Monday, made his first start and had eight points and eight assists.
