Passion play offered
NILES -- First Christian Church of Niles, 33 N. Arlington Ave., will present its 31st annual Passion play, "It Is Finished." Free performances are at 7 p.m. Palm Sunday and Thursday. A reception with the large cast will follow the performances. Call (330) 652-5839.
Easter production

Youth program begins
McDONALD -- Woodland Park United Methodist Church, 601 Ohio Ave., will begin a new children's ministry program Sunday. Faith Explorers is designed to help each child to explore God's love as he or she learns and grows. Teachers will use a curriculum that lets them build their lessons around what will interest their class.
There will be a program at 9 a.m. for infants, children in kindergarten through third grade, and grades four through six. At 10:30 a.m., there will be classes for infants and kindergarten through fourth grade. Worship is at 9 and 10:30 a.m. Call (330) 530-9439.
Satellite programs
CORTLAND -- Two satellite broadcasts will be shown Sunday at Cortland Trinity Baptist Church, 2576 McCleary-Jacoby Road. At 9:30 a.m., best-selling Christian author Max Lucado will examine Jesus' life from birth through his resurrection in "Next Door Savior."
At 7 p.m., award-winning author and former atheist Lee Strobel will present "The Case for Easter" on the Resurrection. Call (330) 637-1421.
Preaching program
YOUNGSTOWN -- Tabernacle Baptist Church, 707 Arlington St., will present "Preaching & amp; the Passion of Christ" at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. Clergy will discuss a number of issues based on Scripture, and there will be special music. On Wednesday, area associate ministers will share their developing gifts and talents. On Thursday, seasoned pastors will discuss their experiences in the Gospels. On Friday, intermediate ministers will discuss Scripture. Call (330) 747-9624.
Spring revival services
YOUNGSTOWN -- Mill Creek Baptist Church, 2007 S. Schenley Ave., will have its annual spring revival at 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. There will be two sermons nightly and special music featuring the Preacher Boys. The events after each service are: Sunday, games night; Monday, dessert night; Tuesday, bring a buddy night; Wednesday, chili cook-off.
Catholic series set
CANFIELD -- St. Michael Church, 281 Glenview Road, will present a "Catholics Returning Home" series at 7 p.m. for six consecutive Mondays beginning April 19. The sessions are for non-practicing Catholics seeking answers about returning to the church. Call (330) 533-6839.

Dinner and concert
WARREN -- The Greater Apostolic Faith Church, 3571 Tod Ave. N.W., will have its annual Friends and Family Day at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. There will be a dinner after morning worship. A concert at 6 p.m. will feature the Christian All-Stars and the Community Church of God in Christ Choir.
