The Trumbull County grand jury indicted these people Monday:
Connie Bellay, 40, of Robinwood, Warren, three counts of illegal processing of drug documents and three counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
Joseph Wilfer, 70, King Graves Road, Howland, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.
Joel Davis, 20, c/o Trumbull County jail, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, rape and burglary.
Allen Elkins, 19, c/o Trumbull County jail, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, rape, burglary and failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Marlin L. Jones, 24, c/o Trumbull County jail, illegal possession of a weapon.
Edward J. Thomas, 19, Lee Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.
Jared Sponseller, 18, Hyde-Shaffer Road, Bristolville, receiving stolen property.
Jerrell M. Reed, 20, Tod Avenue Southwest, Warren, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs.
Richard J. Bunch Jr., 26, Boston Avenue Southeast, Warren, grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Mary Thompson, 32, Forest Street Northeast, Warren, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chasity Wetzl, 23, Clearfield Street, McDonald, petty theft.
Robert M. Savin, 26, South Carnegie Avenue, Niles, petty theft.
Janet Larry, 47, Second Street Southwest, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Ian W. Kingsbury, 25, Laird Avenue Northeast, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Douglas D. Guinaugh, 23, State Road, Champion, possessing drug abuse instruments, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas Phillip Bell, 25, c/o Trumbull County jail, burglary, domestic violence and assault on a peace officer.
Charles J. Patton, 43, Penhale Avenue, Campbell, theft.
Timothy A. Grimes, 35, Carson Salt Springs, Newton Falls, forgery and receiving stolen property.
Lionel B. Sellers, 40, Maple Street Southwest, Warren, felonious assault, illegal possession of a weapon and intimidation.
Anthony J. Blackwell, 19, Commerce Avenue Northwest, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Christopher J. Hill, 21, Jackson Drive, Campbell, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
